By providing answers to frequently asked questions (FAQs) , you can save time for yourself and your staff.
Who can create FAQs
Users with the role permission "Can manage FAQs" can create FAQs and share them with their own unit and sub units.
Tips and advice
- We recommend that you also give local managers in your organisation the permission to create FAQs - so that they can answer locally relevant questions
- Check what questions often arises with HR or with local Managers. The more relevance there is, the higher usage of your platform.
- All questions and answers are searchable

How to create an FAQ
1. Go to the FAQ page
2. Click Create FAQ
3. Write the question and the answer to it
You can add files, images or videos to your answer
Share with - Different roles and departments have different questions - select what roles in which units should see the FAQ. In this way individual users will only see and find what's relevant to them.
Category - You can assign FAQs to categories for a cleaner overview for your users. See how to set-up categories.

How to access the FAQs
To access the FAQs, simply navigate to the homescreen and click on the FAQ icon.
How to create an FAQ
1. From the home screen, click the FAQ icon
2. Click the (+) icon in the top right
3. Write the question and provide an answer.
