Go to **Contacts** in the left hand menu 2\. Click the **Suppliers** tab 3\. Once the supplier is created, click on the supplier in the list, then open the options by clicking the three dots in the top right cornter. These are the options: **Edit supplier** - Add links to website and web shop, add payment terms and agreement **Address** - Share the address and contact information  **Contact - **Share contact information for specific people from your Supplier **Downloads** - Store and view files related to this supplier ![](https://help.ziik.io/hs-fs/hubfs/2024-07-09_14-01-11-png.png?width=688&height=439&name=2024-07-09_14-01-11-png.png) ### How to create supplier categories If you have a large number of suppliers, it can be helpful to categorise them for easy sorting . To do this, you need to be a **site administrator.** 1\. Click the admin panel **cogwheel** 2\. Click **Categories** 3\. Click the **Suppliers** tab, 4\. Click **Create category** 5\. Enter the name of the Supplier Category 6\. Here you will find all the Suppliers that are shared with you. Click one to see the information stored on it.   #### How to create a supplier 1\. Provide a name for your supplier, and specify which Units and Roles should have access to the information on this supplier.  5\. Once the supplier is created, click on the supplier in the list, then open the options by clicking the three dots in the top right cornter.
