💡 About Suppliers

The Supplier section in Ziik gives your teams quick access to contact details of suppliers - a great way to ensure they can reach the right person when they need to.

How to create a supplier

1. Go to Contacts in the left hand menu

2. Click the Suppliers tab

3. Click Create supplier
 


4. Provide a name for your supplier (1) and specify which Units (2) and Roles (3) should have access to the information on this supplier.

5. Once the supplier is created, click on the supplier in the list, then open the options by clicking the three dots in the top right cornter. These are the options:

Edit supplier - Add links to website and web shop, add payment terms and agreement

Address - Share the address and contact information 

Contact - Share contact information for specific people from your Supplier

Downloads - Store and view files related to this supplier


How to create supplier categories

If you have a large number of suppliers, it can be helpful to categorise them for easy sorting . To do this, you need to be a site administrator.

1. Click the admin panel cogwheel

2. Click Categories

3. Click the Suppliers tab,

4. Click Create category

5. Enter the name of the Supplier Category

6. You can now choose a category when creating or editing a supplier, and sort based on categories in the Suppliers overview

How to access suppliers

1. From the homescreen, click Contacts

3. Here you will find all the Suppliers that are shared with you. Click one to see the information stored on it.

 

How to create a supplier

1. From the homescreen, click Contacts

3. Click the (+) icon

4. Provide a name for your supplier, and specify which Units and Roles should have access to the information on this supplier. 

 

5. Once the supplier is created, click on the supplier in the list, then open the options by clicking the three dots in the top right cornter. These are the options:

Edit supplier - Add visiting address, contact information, links to website and web shop

Edit terms -  Add payment- and agreement terms

Manage contacts - Share contact information for specific people from your Supplier

Files - Store and view files related to this supplier
