💡 About Statistics
- The Statistics module is desktop exclusive, meaning it is only viewable from the web
- It is only available for people with the role permission Can view statistics. Users will be able to view statistics for their own unit and sub units - it can be a good idea to give local managers this permission so that they can track local activity and their staff's status.
- The statistics module helps you track aggregate and individual activity on your Ziik site
📊 How to navigate the Statistics module
Site Statistics
- Site statistics provides an overview of the agregate usage on your platform.
- You can choose to get the numbers for a preset time interval or for a custom one using the date selector.
- Use the unit selector to select for what unit + its sub units you want the stats for.
- If you pick the top unit, the stats cover all units
- If you pick a a middle unit, e.g. a region or market, the stats cover that unit and all units in that branch
- If you pick a unit without sub units, you get the stats for that individual unit
- Engagement tracks the number of:
- Comments made on content in the feed
- Likes made on content in the feed
- @mentions of people in the feed
- Reads - read confirmations on content in the feed
- Messages sent
- The publishing section tracks the number of published:
- News posts
- Group posts
- Events
- Files in folders
- As well as views of FAQs

- Total usage tracks:
- The amount of storage use
- Number of sms verifications sent
- The current number of users
- The current number of units
- What percentage of the current users have ever logged in on the app

User Statistics
- User statistics highlight status and statistics on a user level. Use the unit selector to select which users you would like to view:
- If you pick the top unit, all users in the platform are shown
- If you pick a a middle unit, e.g. a region or market, you will see users in that unit or any unit in one of its sub units
- If you pick a unit without sub units, you get see users in that individual unit.
- You can choose to get the stats for a preset time interval or for a custom one using the date selector.
Hover over the icons in the header to show what they mean:
- Status - has the user ever logged in on their account? Keep an eye on this during implementation and employee onboarding
- Posts published by the user
- Comments made by the users
- Likes made by the user
- Confirms - read confirmations made by the users on content in the feed
- Chat Messages sent by the user
- App - has the user ever logged in on the app? Keep an eye on this during implementation and employee onboarding
- Two Factor enabled - does the user have two-factor authentication activated on their account?
