Download the Ziik app [![Googleplay-icon](https://help.ziik.io/hs-fs/hubfs/Googleplay-icon.png?width=147&height=51&name=Googleplay-icon.png)](https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.chainintra.chainintra)[![Appstore-icon](https://help.ziik.io/hs-fs/hubfs/Appstore-icon.png?width=148&height=49&name=Appstore-icon.png)](https://apps.apple.com/us/app/chainintra/id1183787455) 2. Once the app is installed, **go back to the invitation email** you received, and click the **“Complete sign up”** button 3. You will be asked to **create a password.** Once you have created your password, and clicked next (\>)  you will be logged in. **👩‍💻 From a computer:** 1. Click the **“Complete sign up”** button. You do not need to download anything, as you will access your Ziik profile from the web browser 2. You will be asked to **create a password.** Once you have created your password, and clicked next (→) - you will be logged in. ### **How to log in from a new device** If you already have created a password, and want to log in from another device, here's how: **🤳 From a phone:** 1. Find your **domain** in the invitation email sent to you 2. Open the app and enter the domain 3. Enter your email address and password **👩‍💻 From a computer:** 1. Find the domain of your Ziik platform in the mail sent to you, it looks like “example.ziik.io” 2. Click the domain address in the email and log in with your email address and password ### **Can’t find your domain?** You can find your **domain** in the **invitation email** sent to you. In your email inbox, search for **"An administrator created an account for you".** Can't find it? No problem, follow these steps: 1. Go to [https://www.ziik.io/sign-in](https://www.ziik.io/sign-in) on the web, or open your Ziik app 2. Click **“Forgot domain?**” 3. Enter your email 4. The **domain** of the Ziik platform(s) you are part of **will be sent to your email address** 5. Enter the domain in your browser or in the app and proceed to log in with email and password ### Can't remember your password? **🤳 From a phone:** 1. Open the Ziik app 2. Enter your [domain](https://help.ziik.io/log-in#find-domain) and email, then click "**Forgot your password?**" 3. Enter your **email address** and click **next** (\>) 4. You will receive an **email** with a **link** to **create a new password** **👩‍💻 From a computer:** 1\. Go to [https://www.ziik.io/sign-in](https://www.ziik.io/sign-in) 2\. Enter your [domain](https://help.ziik.io/log-in#find-domain) and email, then click "**Forgot your password?**" 3\. Enter your **email address** and click **next** (\>) 4\. You will receive an **email** with a **link** to **create a new password**   **Don't receive an email to reset your password?** 👉 Please check your spam folder and that you have used a valid email address. --- ### **Login with Single Sign On (SSO)** If your company uses Microsoft Entra ID or another SSO service to login you, press **the blue button** and follow the login process. If you login using Entra ID SSO, you use your UPN (User Principal Name) to login. This might be different from your email address.
