How to login for the first time
When you are invited to a Ziik platform, you will receive an email from Ziik saying that “An administrator created an account for you at...” - here is a guide for how you get started from there👇
🤳 From a phone:
- Download the Ziik app
- Once the app is installed, go back to the invitation email you received, and click the “Complete sign up” button
- You will be asked to create a password. Once you have created your password, and clicked next (>) you will be logged in.
👩💻 From a computer:
- Click the “Complete sign up” button. You do not need to download anything, as you will access your Ziik profile from the web browser
- You will be asked to create a password. Once you have created your password, and clicked next (→) - you will be logged in.
How to log in from a new device
If you already have created a password, and want to log in from another device, here's how:
🤳 From a phone:
- Find your domain in the invitation email sent to you
- Open the app and enter the domain
- Enter your email address and password
👩💻 From a computer:
- Find the domain of your Ziik platform in the mail sent to you, it looks like “example.ziik.io”
- Click the domain address in the email and log in with your email address and password
Can’t find your domain?
- Go to https://www.ziik.io/sign-in on the web, or open your Ziik app
- Click “Forgot domain?”
- Enter your email
- The domain of the Ziik platform(s) you are part of will be sent to your email address
- Paste the domain in your browser or in the app and proceed to log in with email and password
Can't remember your password?
- After entering your domain and email, click "Forgot your password?"
- Enter your email address and click next (>)
- You will receive an email with a link to create a new password
Don't receive an email to reset your password? 👉 Please check your spam folder and that you have used a valid email address.
Login with Single Sign On (SSO)
If your company uses Microsoft Entra ID or another SSO service to login you, press the blue button and follow the login process.
