Important note! 

  • Only Users with Site administrator permission can can promote other Users to become platform administrators or remove administration rights from other administrators.
  • You cannot delete users with administrator permission. You will need to remove the Administrator permission from the user before you can delete the user



 
Where can I see who are Site Administrators?

1. Go to the User Administration via the admin panel.

How to make a user Site Administrator

1. Go to the User Administration via the admin panel
2. Click Add administrator

2. Find the user you want to grant administrator rights and Add the user.

How to remove a user as Site Administrator

1. Go to the User Administration via the admin panel
2. Click the three dots next to a user, and Demote
