What is a Department in Ziik?
A department is a way to group Users in the Unit contact list. This is the sole purpose of departments in Ziik.
Go to your Unit in the contact list and select "+Department"
Add the name of your Department and save.
Your Departments will now appear on the Unit profile.
How to place Users in Departments
Once you have created your local Departments in the Unit you can now place Users in their departments.
Go to the User profile and select Unit membership
Open the Unit membership and go to Edit
Now select Department and save
